Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase receipt.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

  • Return Process:

    2. Securely repackage the item with the original receipt.

    3. We'll provide a return shipping label or give instructions if you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and process your refund. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Digital Downloads: Due to their nature, digital items are non-refundable.

  • Customs/Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable fees.

  • Your payment will be processed when you place your pre-order.

Our Pre-Order Guarantee

  • Lowest Price: If the price of a pre-ordered item drops before its release, we'll automatically refund you the difference.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

  • Priority: Pre-orders will generally ship on or before the official release date, depending on our stock allocation.

How it Works

  1. Find an eligible item: Products available for pre-order will be clearly marked.

  2. Place your order: The estimated release date will be shown on the product page.

  3. Updates: We'll notify you of any changes to the expected release date or if your pre-order is ready to ship.

  4. Shipping: Once your pre-ordered item is in stock, it will ship according to your selected shipping method.

Additional Notes

  • Limited Quantities: Pre-order items may have limited availability - order early to avoid missing out!

  • Combined Orders: If you combine pre-order items with in-stock items, your entire order will ship when the pre-order items are available.
